Workstream Task
The task of Workstream 2 Death Certification Implementation Working Group (DCIWG) is to implement 22 actions from 19 IHRD recommendations as set out below in the workstream brief.
There is 3 Subgroups of Workstream 2.
- The Preparation for Inquests Subgroup will take forward 7 of the 22 Workstream actions.
- The Independent Medical Examiner Subgroup will take forward 1 of the 22 Workstream actions
- HSC Bereavement Network & Pathology Network Subgroup will take forward 11 of the 22 Workstream actions.
- 3 remaining actions will be taken forward by DCIWG.
