Background
The Department has established an Implementation Plan to take forward the recommendations arising from the Inquiry into Hyponatraemia-related Deaths.
There are 120 actions relating to the 96 recommendations from the public inquiry report which are being taken forward under the auspices of a programme management group.
Programme Structure
The IHRD Programme will ensure the effective implementation of the 120 actions arising from the 96 recommendations of the Inquiry Report.
The Implementation Programme will be taken forward via a series of Workstreams and Subgroups.
Orientation Briefings
A number of orientation briefings were held to provide those who are participating in the IHRD programme with more details of the programme and how the different elements of the programme interlink.
