These returns are collected quarterly and record the number outpatient appointments and cancellations.
- Information on integrated clinical assessment and treatment service (ICATS) is collected on the quarterly ICATS activity return (QIAR).
- Information on consultant led clinics is collected on the quarterly outpatient activity return (QOAR).
- Information on virtual activity is collected on the virtual quarterly outpatient activity return (V-QOAR).
