Professional Estates Letters (PELs)

Professional Estate Letters (PELs) are issued by the Director of Health Estates.
PELs are generally issued to advise Arm’s Length Bodies of policy, best practice guidance or actions to be undertaken on matters relating to the estate. This can include matters relating to both capital development and operational estate management. A registry of PEL letters shall be maintained by Health Estates.
