Summary
Summary: This consultation invites people to express their views on the current draft of the Violence and Aggression in the Workplace HSC Framework document. This policy document is a governance framework for HSC organisations to facilitate development and review of reduction and prevention strategies in relation to managing incidents of violence and aggression towards their staff. Everyone with an interest is encouraged to read the policy document and respond to the consultation.

• Post Incident support managers and staff on reporting an incident.
• any other information that you feel should be taken on board in respect of the policy or the various impact assessments.
