Consultation description

To help us consult as widely as possible, we are updating our current consultee and stakeholder contact list.

If you or your organisation would like to be added to the list, please complete the form below and return it to the Department’s Equality and Human Rights Unit by post or email. 

We have contacted existing consultees separately to confirm or update their details, so there is no need for them to respond to this exercise.

You can request to be added at any time, but this update exercise will close on  Friday 04 December at 5pm
