Progress Report - HIV Prevention Clinic

As outlined within ‘Health and Wellbeing 2026: Delivering Together’, we must move beyond simply managing illness and ensure that our health and social care services supports people to stay well; physically, mentally and emotionally.

The introduction of an HIV Prevention Clinic is just one initiative which aims to do just that.

Opened in July 2018 at the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust

The clinic aims to prevent new cases of HIV in high risk populations,
with these services in high demand at present.
