This guidance has been developed by members of the Fair Work Forum, the Department of Health’s Social Care Collaborative Forum and expert advisers from organisations representing racial minority communities and recognises that every member of our social care workforce has the right to feel safe, respected and valued – no matter their background, race, culture or personal identity.
