    Public Appointment Competition for HSC Trust Non-Executive Directors (HSC TRUST NEDs 1/24)

    The Department of Health is seeking to appoint 10 x Non-Executive Directors across 4 HSC Trusts. This is an exceptional opportunity to share your talents and expertise to make a positive difference to the lives of people in Northern Ireland.

    Applications are invited to fill the following forthcoming positions:

    • Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT) 1 x Non-Executive Directors (1 Finance)
    • Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT) 2 x Non-Executive Directors (2 Lay)
    • South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust (SEHSCT) 3 x Non-Executive Directors (1 Finance & 2 Lay)
    • Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT) 4 x Non-Executive Directors (1 Finance & 3 Lay)

    About the HSC Trusts: The overall aim for the Trusts is to improve health and social well-being outcomes, through a reduction in preventable disease and ill-health, by providing effective, high quality, equitable and efficient health and social care.

    Applicants for these positions must on their application form, and if invited for interview, meet the following essential criteria: Working Together; Governance and Risk Management.

    Applicants for the Finance position must also show on their application form, and if invited for interview, how they meet the following additional essential criterion: Financial Management.
