This notice is to advise the region that additional vigilance and surveillance of device operation should be implemented when using Airvo 2.
Between May 2025 and December 2025, six incidents in relation to Airvo 2 (Fisher and Paykel Healthcare) have been reported to the regulator where the device has turned itself off during use. Manufacturer’s investigations have not identified any fault in the devices.
