Essential Criteria for all applicants
The Non-Executive Chair and Non-Executive Director require no specific qualifications, however all applicants must meet the following four essential criteria:

- Self Awareness & Personal Contribution
Applicants for the Non-Executive Chair post must meet the following additional criterion: Leadership.
Applicants can apply for one or more category of membership.
Remuneration
Non- Executive Chair £22,997 per annum – Time Commitment 2.5/3 days per week
Non-Executive Director £5,962 per annum – Time Commitment 3 days per month
