Neurology Recall - Activity and Outcomes Report for the Active Caseload (Cohort 2)

This report summarises the outpatient, clinical investigation and clinical psychology activity associated with the review of people who had been discharged from the care of an individual consultant neurologist (Dr A), who worked in the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT), the Ulster Independent Clinic (UIC) and Hillsborough Private Clinic (HPC), and who was restricted from clinical practice in July 2017.
