Guidance to Safeguarding Board for Northern Ireland

This guidance is issued by the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (the Department) under Section 5 of the Act.

Section 12 requires SBNI Represented Bodies to have due regard to this guidance when exercising its functions under Section 3 of the Act.
