A District Nursing Framework 2018-2026

Over the past few years, there have been five reviews and reforms of health and social care in Northern Ireland (Transforming your Care (2011), The Right Time, The Right Place (2014), Review of HSC Structures (2015), Systems not Structures (2016) and Health and Wellbeing 2026 (2016)).This Framework is essentially a supporting structure and as such this Framework should be viewed as the roadmap for the district nursing service in Northern Ireland.
