The purpose of this review is to determine whether the Department, through the DAP for 2012 - 2017, has met its statutory requirements to encourage persons with a disability to participate in public life and promote positive attitudes towards people with disabilities

Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995, across the Department’s functions
