Delivering Together was based on the report of the Expert Panel, led by Professor Rafael Bengoa, Systems, not Structures: Changing Health and Social Care which was published on the same day.
It seeks to radically reform the way services are designed and delivered with a focus on person centred care rather than the current emphasis on buildings and structures. The Report provides an update on the commitments in Delivering Together one year on.
