Consultation description
The Department is consulting on proposals for the introduction of safe and effective staffing legislation in Northern Ireland. The consultation sets out proposals under four headings –
- Guiding Principles of Safe and Effective Staffing
- Workforce Planning
- Common Staffing Method
- Reporting and Monitoring Arrangements
We are seeking feedback from stakeholders which will help inform the final policy position and drafting of a Safe and Effective Staffing Bill.
