Proposal to remove the ban on the sale of HIV self testing kits to the public in Northern Ireland

Consultation opened on 01 October 2014. Closing date 01 December 2014.


The Department held a consultation on a proposed policy change to revoke the HIV Testing Kits and Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992, thereby removing the ban on the sale of HIV self-testing kits directly to the public in Northern Ireland.
