Consultation description

The consultation document sets out proposals to introduce a revised member contribution structure in order to meet the required scheme yield for the HSC Pension Scheme. There is also a proposal to correct a pre-existing error within the 2015 Regulations to ensure accuracy.

This consultation will run from the 7th of October 2024 to the 2^nd of December 2024.

The Department welcomes any comments or views on the proposals set out in the consultation document.
