Summary
The Department of Health would welcome your views on proposals set out in the consultation document in relation to HSC Pension Scheme – proposed amendments to scheme regulations regarding member contributions phase 2 and miscellaneous amendments. This consultation document sets out proposed changes on multiple elements of HSC Pension Scheme regulations. At the end of the document consultation respondents are invited to provide their views in response to questions on each specific element of the changes.

This consultation will run from 14 November 2023. Closing date 5pm on 22 January 2024.
