Summary

This consultation, which is led by the Department of Health, England (DH), seeks views on the revised Mutual Recognition of Professional Qualifications (MRPQ) Directive which has brought in a number of changes that aim to further facilitate the free movement of professionals within the EU.

Consultation description

DH is undertaking the consultation on a UK-wide basis and DHSSPSNI is supportive of this approach.

The consultation commenced on 10 December 2015 and will end on 20 January 2016 at 11.45pm. The Department of Health welcomes responses from Northern Ireland.
