Summary
The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) are carrying out an evaluation of the Bamford Action Plan 2012-2015. This evaluation will consider what action Government has taken to implement the Bamford vision, and more importantly, what impact these actions have made on the lives of people with mental health problems or a learning disability.
As part of this exercise we are keen to hear further from people with a learning disability and to gather their views and experiences of services. A questionnaire has been developed for this purpose.
