Report into building public confidence
The DoH report entitled 'Improving Patient Safety - Building Public Confidence' contains an action plan designed to take forward a number of proposals to improve quality of care and patient safety.
The Shipman Inquiry provided the backdrop to the development of a series of recommendations to improve patient safety in Northern Ireland.
