The UK Working Longer Group published a Report with Preliminary Findings and Recommendations in 2014. The Report provides context for the work which has taken place since.
The UK Group also drafted an Age Awareness Toolkit to help employers to gather a clearer view of the age profile of their workforce, and to plan for the opportunities and challenges of an ageing workforce.
