Information provided

It details information on new and review attendances, ward attendances, missed appointments (DNAs), patient cancellations (CNAs), hospital cancellations and reasons for cancellation. Information is also provided on outpatient activity at integrated clinical assessment and treatment service (ICATS) services and activity undertaken in the independent sector.

All data are presented by health and social care trust, hospital and specialty.
